Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Edigam online store and purchases made through it. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) in the English version and in euros (€) in the Portuguese version, and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

We do our best to keep descriptions and images accurate; slight colour differences may occur depending on your screen.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed through Shopify's secure checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. See the Shipping policy for details.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See the Refund policy.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese and EU law.

7. Disputes

In case of dispute, consumers may use an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution body or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). An electronic complaints book is available at livroreclamacoes.pt.
