2. Data collected
Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, tax number (if provided) and order history. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify and its payment partners — Edigam never sees your card details.
3. Purposes
Processing and delivering orders, issuing invoices, customer support and legal obligations. Marketing messages only with your consent.
4. Data sharing
We only share data with providers needed for the service: Shopify (platform and payments), carriers, accounting services and, with your consent, Meta Platforms Ireland (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement and optimisation.
5. Retention
Data is kept as long as needed for these purposes and legal deadlines (for example, 10 years for tax documents).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
