Refund policy
1. Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel the purchase without giving a reason.
2. How to request
Email geraledigam@gmail.com with your order number and the items to return. We will send you the return address and steps.
3. Conditions
Items must be returned in good condition, with original packaging and accessories, within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
4. Refund
Once we receive and check the items, we refund using the original payment method within 14 days at most, including the original standard shipping cost.
5. Faulty products
If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us: we will replace, repair or refund it at no cost to you under the legal guarantee.
